Processing Children’s Data
Our application contains some games for your children. Some of those games may take your child’s personal information. This may include your child’s full name, age and photograph. Rest assured that this information is stored within the user’s device and we have no control over it.

External parties use Analytics & Measurement to monitor and analyze app traffic for user behaviour.
Google Analytics for Firebase (Google LLC) – Google Analytics is our application analytics solution provided by Google LLC. We use it for user engagement and to generate insight. For more information, go through our privacy policy to learn more about data processing practices.
Firebase does not endorse sharing your data with any third party or other Google services. This only collects your IP Address.
Customer Subscription Management
Our team uses a customer subscription management solution to validate and manage user subscriptions. This helps users to support subscription requests.
We collect your first and last name, email address, language preference and profile picture.
Infrastructure monitoring
This service allows our app to monitor user behaviour to improve performance, operations and maintenance.
Crashlytics – This is a monitoring service provided by Google LLC. Go through their privacy policy to learn more about data processing practices.

Registration and authentication
By registering, you allow us to give access to dedicated services. We use this data to store third-party services for authentication purposes.

Ads
AdMob by Google (Google Inc.) – AdMob is a mobile advertising platform that allows developers to monetise apps. This requires TFUA (Tag for Users under the Age of Consent in Europe) for ad requests. Under this act, we personalize user consent to share data with a third party. Admob uses this data for internal purposes and if you require more information go through their data processing practices.

How to delete your account?
If you do not endorse the way we use your data you can reach out to us at “support@super4games.com”. Alternatively, you can delete your account by sending us a request on the same.
How and when we are expected to handle your request?
Our expert team is committed to your request at all times. You can expect to receive a verified request within 30 days of confirmation. Be assured to receive a response within 45 days of requests. In case, we are unable to do so, we will give you a justification along with a guaranteed period. In the end, we may take up to 90 days to fulfil your request.
We do not have a hidden fee to verify your request unless it is excessive. In such cases, we charge a reasonable fee. In this case, we will let you know the reasons behind this and communicate the reasons behind it.
Rights for Our Californian Consumers
In case you are residing in California, CCPA gives you specific rights for your personal information. This section defines your CCPA rights and helps exercise these rights. In case of any conflict, it is more protective of your personal information with top priority.
The right to know – You have the right to know which information of yours we hold. We use your personal information only with your consent. We use only your personal information for 12 months or more.
The right to delete – You have full right to delete your information. In some cases, such as legal obligation, we may need to retain your information. Other than this, you have all the rights to delete your information.

The right to non-discrimination – We won’t discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. Therefore, we will not deny you our services or give you a lower quality service.
How to exercise these rights?
You can exercise your rights by submitting a request to “support@super4games.com”. However, we need to verify your identity by making you a request. You just need to meet certain conditions to make this happen.

In case, we are unable to verify your request, we may not heed your request. If you cannot submit your request personally, you can submit a request with a person on behalf of the California Secretary of State. You can submit 2 such requests per 12 months.
How and when we are expected to handle your request?
We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 days of receiving your request. Upon this, we will reach out to you within 45 days. Should we require more than this, we will get back to you within 90 days with a proper explanation.
We do not charge any hidden fee to your submitted request. In some extreme cases, we charge a reasonable fee while giving you proper reasons to do so.
