Firebase does not endorse sharing your data with any third party or other Google services. This only collects your IP Address.

 

Customer Subscription Management

 

Our team uses a customer subscription management solution to validate and manage user subscriptions. This helps users to support subscription requests.

Infrastructure monitoring

 

This service allows our app to monitor user behaviour to improve performance, operations and maintenance.

How and when we are expected to handle your request?

Our expert team is committed to your request at all times. You can expect to receive a verified request within 30 days of confirmation. Be assured to receive a response within 45 days of requests. In case, we are unable to do so, we will give you a justification along with a guaranteed period. In the end, we may take up to 90 days to fulfil your request.

 

We do not have a hidden fee to verify your request unless it is excessive. In such cases, we charge a reasonable fee. In this case, we will let you know the reasons behind this and communicate the reasons behind it.

In case, we are unable to verify your request, we may not heed your request. If you cannot submit your request personally, you can submit a request with a person on behalf of the California Secretary of State. You can submit 2 such requests per 12 months.

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 days of receiving your request. Upon this, we will reach out to you within 45 days. Should we require more than this, we will get back to you within 90 days with a proper explanation.
